Paul was great and took the time to explain and re-explain laptop liquid damage to me on the phone when I didn't understand the first time. Turnaround time was super quick, and they had taken photos of the internal specs mid-fix so James could show me where the damage of my coffee spill was and where/how they cleaned and fixed my motherboard. Reasonable pricing for the good quality and quick, honest, professional service.

Very pleased with the service and value I received for my macbook air! It was randomly shutting off, and I would've had to get rid of my device otherwise. He installed used genuine apple parts. I got my laptop back the morning after I dropped it off. Just what I was hoping to find!
