Really great repair shop! I've taken multiple pairs of shoes to them over the years - even before they moved to this location. I have been happy with all their repairs. They were also the only shop that were willing replace the elastic panels on my Blundstone-style boots after they wore out way too fast. I could not find any other store in Metro Vancouver that was willing to do this. Very professional and courteous service every time.

I took in a leather accessory for a small adjustment that other shoe repair places do while you wait. This place said I would have to leave it with them and then really, really overcharged. And it wasn't right in the end but they refused to fix it without doubling the price. Don't waste your time going here - five minutes away on West Boulevard there is Tony's Shoe Repair where they do very good work for great prices and the owner is also committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Brought in a pair of Leather shoes to get the heels fixed, and the store finished the job in a day with no delays, and also gave me a free polish. Would recommend everyone to go there and try it out if you have shoes and like efficient work.
老板和老板娘人都很好，修的也很棒，价钱也很合理，新开的店外面停车位也很足，不管修鞋修包都是一个很好的去处，感谢！！！
