I was reffered to West Coast title search by a reputable lawyer. My expectations were high and I was assured that the \person\ I was serving would be served. The \person\ I needed to serve does not cooperate well when it comes to legal action and I noted this in the application form. 2 weeks went by and I received a call asking if I was the person being served?! However the process server then explained he was away while another was handling the case, and the other process served tried to serve the \person\ by ringing her door bell and asking if she lives there....obviously the \person\ would deny they live there because they know they're being served. I was quite disspleased with this outcome because my expectations were set extremely high. A \attempt to serve document\ was issued and the legal battle goes on but I would recommend anyone coming to West Coast Title Search to not have high expectations, and there's no guarantee you're defendant would be served, but every case differs.
