My wine cellar cooling unit quit working. It was purchased over 3 years ago by our home builder from Ramona at Wine Cellar Depot and as a result was past its warranty period. Ramona quickly got involved to recommend a local service contractor to assess the issue. They identified that it would be cost prohibitive to repair. Ramona then worked hard to convince the manufacturer to extend their warranty period for me and in fact supply us with a brand new unit. It has since been installed and is working great! I highly recommend Ramona and her team at Wine Cellar Depot for their exemplary customer service. Great job!

Ramona is so awesome to deal with. She was always available to discuss my wine feature design and gave great suggestions. She spent a lot of time with me which was so greatly appreciated as I didn’t know much about the installation process. We recently had an issue with a wine cabinet that we purchased 3 years ago. There was an initial delay in getting a resolution, but The Wine Cellar Depot did right by us. They understand the value of long-term customer relationships and I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.
Hidden away inside a gym of all places but if you are able to find it this is the place to go for your wine cellar needs. I bought 2 eine coolers from them at a really good price.
I have purchased two climatized wine cellars from Wine Cellar Depot, The Vintage Keeper 240 and Vintage Keeper 500. Both of these units were delivered prompty and were fairly easy to assemble, especially the second time around. I have enjoyed having my collection resting safely in these units. Vacuuming the dust and cleaning the unit is about all I have ever had to do, except for replacing the occasional light bulb. Ramona and her top notch people were exceptionally nice and friendly to deal with, as well as being highly professional and knowledgeable regarding my requirements. I would highly recommend Wine Cellar Depot for any and all of your wine cellaring needs.
