Instructions are clear, concise and consistent amongst all trainers I have encountered and enthusiasm boundless. Ilan and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to strength training, and have the experience to work on your deficiencies to ensure you lift safely and efficiently. As a physio myself, I have zero hesitation sending any of my clients to The Yard as I am fully confident that they will be taken care of by quality S&C coaches. Whether you’re a beginner, or a seasoned weight lifter, Yard Athletics is the place to be.

Worked through a couple online programs as well as, their virtual classes (I am not in Vancouver). Great workouts, a nice variety and well-thought out. The team is knowledgeable, responsive and super approachable whenever I need help. Hope to check them out in person sometime.
