Vandhana, a newly setup restaurant in Sarjapur which offers Andhra, Kerala, Mangalorean and Coastal cuisines, encompassing the flavours of all 4 South India states. I recently visited the restaurant with a bunch of my friends looking at the wide variety of cuisines they offer. Each dish is different and unique in its own way and I am in love with the shuttle ambience they had. The staff was warm and welcoming. They took all safety and precautionary measures. The highlight of the menu was gongura pappu, Mangalore chicken ghee roast, paneer peralan. It was made to perfection and spices were very well balanced. I am a fan of their Ragi mane which was an absolute delight and satisfied my sweet tooth. Would definitely love to visit this place again. The prices are also pretty decent. Thank you team Vandhana for this beautiful experience ️ Follow @engagingsoul for more such updates. Heard of Vandana and it’s amazing coastal food, and andhra food️ I went there with my friends , and everything was really good, and made with perfection. What I loved the most was the Chicken Ghee Roast, vegetable stew, gongura dal and kodi kura. The food was rich in flavour and medium spicy. What stood out the most was Ragi Mani, the dessert which tasted like Indian Panna Cotta I had two of them. They take safety precautions, the seating is really nice, comfortable and spacious. The place even gives banquet facilities.

Hey Peeps! For all Hyderabadi, Andhra food lovers this is a perfect restaurant for you guys in Bangalore at Sarjapur road. Vandana Andhra and Multi Cuisine restaurant has been revamped and it has started from 25th October 2020 with all new unique dishes where you will get flavours of Kerala and Mangalore spices. It is located in a very prime and peaceful location and has very good ambience. Staff people are polite and well dressed and they give warm welcome to all. I have attached the newly introduced menu for you guys you can check all the varieties from there. It is suitable for both veg and non-veg people. So, I went there on 24th of October and as I am vegetarian I started my dinner with Vegetable Shorba which was good in taste but was little cold. After finishing that I ordered Babycorn Varuval and Paneer Peralan which were made of kerala spices and having coconut sprinkled. Both dishes were absolutely love. After that I tried Apam with Vegetable Stew and Gongura Dal (So good). Apam was freshly made and served with Vegetable Stew which was also freshly made and served hot and taste great. I will suggest to give a try to coconut rice which was having coconut flavours and ghee fried peanuts and tastes divine. After all this I couldn't eat anymore but I thought of finishing it up with some good dessert and I ordered Ragi Mani which was served cold and it was having dry fruits sprinkled. Suger portion was perfect and it tasted soo good. I really loved the food and I hope they will add more items to their menu very soon. Staff is newly trained and they also did good job. Manager was soo good and professional. Give it a must visit guys it's worth the money.

Vandana - A true synonym for perfect melange of southindian fare which compromises of Andhra cuisine Kerala cuisine Mangalore cuisine Coastal delicacies . . So I finally choose to pay a visit with my friends for weekend dinner to relish a laid back relaxed meal amidst peaceful decor .. What I loved the most - Gongura Pappu ( this is not poppuu) Sorrel leaves dal with hint of tangyness- Andhra delicacy mangalore chicken ghee roast - true mangalore delicacy with loads of ghee appam with veg stew guntur chicken - not the green chilly sauce version we get - but a sheer classic made with grounded red chillies paneer Peralan - a true classic from Kerala with right use of grated coconut chicken shorba - strong hint of crushed pepper and perfect broth coconut rice - sheer classic goes well with kodi kura ( Andhra delicacy ) This one is flawless raagimani - after a long time had perfect dessert this one steals the show ( must try here ) . For a perfect Andhra , chettinad , mangalore , Kerala and coastal fare do visit Vandana restaurant at Sarjapur Road . I’m happy will be back soon . Coming pretty close to a perfect Andhra heaven is this place, making my soul rather happy. The restaurant is owned by a lovely couple hailing from Nellore so the flavors are obviously as authentic as you get. The seating capacity is high and the layout of the restaurant is impressive - fine dining experience for the most basic of comfort meals. I'm not a major soup person, you'll know if you have read all my reviews, but since this was an invite-only tasting I happily obliged. Surprisingly, the soup was well flavored - perfect tanginess and subtle sweetness. For appetizers I tried the house special paneer chole tikki (beat me with a stick, I forget the name of it) but it was damn special. Tender pieces of paneer in a slightly tangy flavored seasoning. The mushroom chili was equally lip-smacking with that perfectly crisp on the outside fritters. I also got to try the vegetarian biryani, which was just okay - not nearly as good as the rest of the food that was served. The highlight had to be the meals. The pappu, the tomato chutney, the majjiga pulusu, the rasam -- just sooo heavenly. Perfect Andhra flavors. I got take out for a neighbor - Mutton ghee roast - was practically inhaled back home. The service is very attentive and courteous. Even better was the company I was with. Intriguing conversations with people from various backgrounds and careers. This is a must try, guys. The restaurant isn't hard to locate - parking was also comfortable.
