I spoke with Trent to discuss what options I wanted on my vehicle. He called me 2 days later with a vehicle that had every box checked off. Trent was great to deal with and takes great pride in his job. He made the transaction very easy, answered all my questions and found the vehicle I wanted-didn't talk me into a vehicle I didn't. By far the best experience I've had with a dealer. Taryn was also great to deal with. VanDusen's was very clean and following their covid protocols. Definitely recommend Trent to anyone looking for a Chevy, Buick or GMC!

If you’re looking for a vehicle check out this dealership. My husband bought his truck here and Dylan was amazing! We went back when we were in search of a new vehicle for me and Mike helped us out looking at all the options that fit what I was looking for. Both Mike and Dylan were fantastic. Mike was really friendly, worked really hard and provided us with lots of information about our possible options. He very very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and also told us about personal experiences and feedback he had himself as well as feedback from others who had purchased the different vehicles we were considering. I would very much recommend putting this dealership on your list of places to visit if you’re looking for a new vehicle. I have to say they also have some amazing deals on some of their demos! Jason, Bill, Norman and the team at VanDusen Chevrolet Buick located on Bayly Street were all wonderful to deal with. Bill made sure that my car was repaired in a timely manner, arranged for a rental while the repairs were being completed and followed up after I picked up the car to ensure that I was satisfied with the repairs. This is not my first interaction with the team here and I've never been disappointed. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and get the job done extremely well.

Was traveling and experienced a fault with my Equinox. Took it to this dealership and promptly took it in and diagnosed the problem. In less than two hours I was on the road again. Staff was safe and practiced good Covid-19 screening and PPE. Highly recommend!
