Staff were very helpful and spent time with me/customer. However, they did not have some software that was required to fulfill my requests. For a bank with a heavy web presence, it was very strange. We are living in a world where the world does financial transaction on the Web and software installations and upgrades were done securely over the net. ICICI needs to wake up.

I visited this bank to clear some doubts regarding credit card billing cycle. As I was actually complicated in application net banking that's why I went to bank. The guy refused me to clear my doubts he just said check netbanking we don't look after any issues regarding credit card. Thank you
