Maintenance done was done as supposed. However nobody told me that the car was ready even after calling the place for 2 times. Calls were made whilst the car was already done, but the communication part didn't work at all.

Well that was not expected. Walked in, had to look around, pulled a queueing number. Wasn't served for 20 minutes while multiple employees were loitering around and chatting or serving customers who just walked up. To add insult to injury we were then told that the car we came to see, though listed on the internet was not available (loaned out?) and multiple people asked about it. So they have no clue about their inventory either. The second star is for the complimentary espresso their machine produced.

Sales people never get in touch with you. If you try calling the service department they almost never answer and definately wont call you back even if the answering machine says so. Also seems like they dont have properly trained people to handle issues with cars.
