Good service
A huge complex with many buildings. For a newcomer the guiding signs could be more visible and clear. The repair services were on the left of the entrance way. The building just looks like repair shop, in a neat, convincing way. The operation itself is smooth, and service very effective. The people are friendly, in a Finnish way.

Absolutely horrendous service attitude. Have visited the place some 10 times during last 25 years and they haven't ever figured out the customer service and in two occasions our cars have come back damaged by the mechanics If you own a Volvo or Renault I do recommend some other shop. There is other very competent and cost efficient mechanics around specialized in Volvo's and Renaults. Bilia is also ridiculous my over priced.
