DISCLAIMER: I previously worked for VT a year go, although I have had zero affiliation with them since. This review is my honest opinion, and only relates the service as I received it on 04/2020. Ordering 7/10: The website is new and it does show; I have browsed much easier websites but I was able to find what I was looking for and see other possible alternatives. Communication & Delivery 10/10: I was kept up to date with the order and the progress quickly via email. There wasn't much need for any communication but everything I received was friendly and inviting. I ordered after the close of business on Friday and everything was delivered together on the following Tuesday. Service & Quality 10/10: All of the ordering was through the website so I have not experienced their service first hand so to speak, so I can't really say much here. The quality of the order, as usual though, is impeccable. The pricing of all items was actually the cheapest around with their current discount although before discounted prices, everything was either in line or just under RRP. The range of products, both juice and supplies, is vary expansive and there was a lot of choice - would have been very easy to overspend! Conclusion: Would I order again? Most definitely. Should you order from them? Yes, you won't be disappointed and they definitely deserve a try. In total, I'd give 8 / 10 for everything - just some improvements to the browsing experience would be my recommendation.
