About 5 years ago we shopped around for a property management company for a rental home that we bought in the Fort Worth area. Based on a recommendation, we checked out The VAR Group. They have been courteous and professional to deal with. Since we don’t live in the DFW area we needed a management company on our side that had experience with all aspects of rental property. There were times when we needed their third-party connections to solve problems that would come up that needed immediate attention. They kept us in mind when hiring a third party that was professional and still reasonably priced. While keeping communication open, we were still able to make the decisions for our property with their help. We were very comfortable when they handled all of the details. The VAR Group was able to keep our property rented 100% of the time with responsible renters. In order to keep our property value, having responsible renters was very important to us. When it came time to sell it made sense to us The VAR Group. Valerie Alfred worked diligently to communicate well with us and represent our needs. It was great to have her on our side when dealing with the buyers. We were blessed to have her as our Realtor. Bottom line: For 5 years we were very satisfied and would use The VAR Group again for property management and Valerie Alfred as our Realtor.

Horrible company to do buisness with my rent was 1450. At 6124 nelson terrace thy went up to 1500. Been ther a year So i asked for new carpet because carpet was age damage ware and tare was bad and i deserved nicer carpet for the price . They canceled my new lease befor i signed it and asked me to move. And there already making 150 off me each monththey up the price of all home you get thru them .Thanks to them by asking me to move i found a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2 story huge yard in same area for 50 cheaper than what they are now listeing it for. Also they tried to hustle me so i could stay and not have to move f them hahahah
