Just about the most horrible customer service. I ordered two packs of kiwi each pack containing 3pcs and they delivered only 2 pcs. For this petty amount they are counting on me giving up they keep closing my complaint as resolved without even contacting me or refunding me my money. I thought ordering from big bazaar outlet would be easier than amazon as its in the city and it has faster delivery. Thank God I placed my first order for minor grocery instead of other household appliances that I needed. The way I have found out their service to be, I would never order from this place again. It's not about 4 pcs of kiwi or little bit of money it's about how a company treats their consumer complaints and from what i can tell it's total bull****.

Location of this store is good. Wide varieties of products are available here at affordable price. Staffs are very helpful. Decoration is good.

Better then nothing but neither staff very cooperative nor their mismanaged system. Range is ok now groceries are also available after long time.

Well... I can for sure say it is the largest in the region where I also included Allahabad. This store also has a really good collection of clothes and also has an electronic department with a variety of devices. But I must say that don't go just after a big festival such as diwali. Today is the day after Diwali and I saw that the store was literally empty. Just shows you how popular it is.
