SWAPPED my NEW laptop battery with OLD BUSTED one during service... Had given my laptop for a window update on 9th of sept, 2020 in the morning and collected it in the evening. But the laptop after full charge gave a backup of just 15 min, as a new battery was installed just a few months back I checked it but instead I found a different battery of altogether a different brand. When confronted the shop owner he straight away denied it..... BEWARE of the fraud going on in their shop and be ready to get your parts swapped...
