Even though the shop is good and the employees but they don't provide the support the customers tend to receive. After purchasing a lot of tech gadgets, if there's any issue with the device, they won't help even after reaching them out to their shop. All they have is "call the customer support" for any assistance the customers need. very poor customer relationship practices.
