Review is not for the LG per se. But employees in particular. First they wanted to pitch me something which was well beyond my needs and then once I rejected they were quite reluctant to sell the other product which was comparitively of low range. Then they even lied for the product exchange program which actually prompted me to give this review. Then the way they were talking in front of the customer within themselves was totally un called for. Abusive language and filthy conduct was something which you don't expect at such places. Better be some sort of orientation program how to deal with the failure if not making a sale of high end product to someone who doesn't even need it.
