I was after a brown hair colour and ended up pitch black. Also, this was probably the worst haircut I ever had. The hair looked shiny and healthy but not what I expected. The place, cosmetician and hairdresser were lovely, but the quality of the service quite poor.

Serena Serena is fantastic!!! I desperately need a hair cut while on vacation and my wife found this place while we were staying at the Royal Victoria in Varenna. I can't speak much Italian and Serena doesn't speak much english but that didn't matter!! Her big smile and friendly attitude was more than enough. She also helped me find the Moto Guzzi dealer I bought my 1979 SP 1000 from back in 1980!! Great job honey!! See you next trip!!
