Bad experience. Arrogant without knowledge in pic quality. The way he handles customer is pathetic. Don't take the consideration as it's old studio and expertised person.

had a very bad experience. I gave few photos for restoration. Charged too high for doing nothing. I myself could have added brightness and taken a print on my own. wouldnt have cost me above 200 instead of 1200 for 6 Photos.Amongst 6 photos, 3 were without any work but i wanted a copy of those photos.rest 3 required restoration work. I atleast expected he would have send me the scan copy of original photos(atleast 60 rupees i would have thought worth..10 per photo for scan here locally). but "They dont save unedited versions" ENDED UP PAYING 1200 for nothing... Totally a waste. When i called and complained, the person was rude enough and explaining me that restoration is done this way only. !!!! he is doing for years...I wonder how it wud have been if he was doing it for first time den... if he did this way after these many years. Rudeness height!!!!
