Very bad experience with this store.I purchased a Axor helmet,chain lube and even a polish for my bike worth 6k.The helmet had a small defect but even though I didn’t bother but things really got irritating as I paid advance for the polish and the guy at the store delayed the order. After a month of waiting when I asked him for a refund he said that the accounts department is handled by some other group and tomorrow morning it will be refunded via google pay .I don’t know WTH he is talking about, a small store having a separate accounts department seriously ..... Please don’t pay in advance for any products

The Manager , So called manager Dont even Know how to Speak to Customer, he has no knowledge how to deal with customers. We asked him for accessories which cost 10000 for new and 6000-7000 for used accessories, he said no it cost 10000 for used one and 14000 for new. We said on amazon its showing same accessories for 10000 for new one and we also showed him on Amazon, he said Amazon website sells second hand products, me and my friend were laughing on his statement. We in no seconds left the store and said even he will sell the same accessories for free we will not buy. PS : while entering the store please price on amazon or other websites you will save more thousansbof rupee's
