I just cannot believe the extent to which a person can be irresponsible and unprofessional. Not just the owner has stopped taking calls, these guys don't bother whether your laptop goes to trash or not. I had gone there with a perfectly fine laptop having just one problem of one key not working. i was told that the lenovo model that i have, would need a keyboard replacement as it has internal keyboard. The keyboard now has been replaced thrice within a span of 5 months. And now, the laptop is at the service centre (should call it a repair shop only, considering how they keep laptops there) for the last 4 weeks with nobody knowing what to do. pathetic service and response. Please, trust me, never give your laptop for repair here, you would regret it for sure.

Never give your laptop to this shop !!.The owner named "Shekhar Palyekar" just cares about money and nothing else. I gave my laptop to him for repair and he broke the screen which further caused me 5k to repair it. He took the entire amount from me in the beginning . Also he did not return my laptop for one whole month. I called him everyday but he kept on ignoring my calls.One of my friend also faced the same thing.I had to get my laptop parcel to my city with the help of my friend. Worst shop ever.

Don't trust it's services I used to call him daily , everyday the owner named Shekhar Palyekar kept postponing the dates Finally I had to go and receive my lappie that too in unrepaired condition I regret coming to this shop
