Honda Accord: i needed to change some bushes on my suspension. This Garage quoted me 12,000 on the phone and charged me 21,000. And on top of that the inexperienced 19 year old mechanic while trying to remove the wheel damaged the drive shaft cause he didn't remove the Axel nut's lock, and turned the Axel nut with excessive force twisting the drive shaft. I couldn't even drive the car home as it was vibrating and shuddering all the way home. Owner Mr.Sujit did not accept any responsibility for it and quoted me a further 16,000 to fix but stopped answering my calls, probably on assumption that I might not pay as damage was caused by his mechanic.. Bottom line: Don't go here, unless you print your own notes, so that way you can buy a new car after this Garage is done with it.
Do not believe the reviews of this place on just dial or any other rating portal, i think the rating is paid for because i cannot imagine under any circumstances this place being rated so highly, based on reviews I gave my car to the proprietor Sujit for servicing & repair. For over a month i kept trying to call to enquire about the status of the work & not once did he answer or call back at anytime, before I gave the car within 2 seconds he would answer if I called, then finally after many messages over a months time he sends me an estimate as i had requested before starting work & estimate that contains all sort of things i never requested so i ask him to revise the estimate & about 80% things on his estimate I gave approval for, another 15 days pass with no revised estimate & no phone answering again, so i go & pick the car without any work done on it, almost 2 months of time wasted. Stay away from this unprofessional work shop and it's manager unless u only want a basic servicing done that also i cannot guarantee but since no work was done i cannot really say with surety how his servicing is.
