The Customer service was excellent. I especially was happy with the installer who really thought about how to get my product in the kitchen installed with reduced seams and did a beautiful job in moving appliances out and then back into the kitchen. There was no mess, and Francis came on time with a cheerful outlook. Overall, I would work with Vashon Floor Store again.

Vashon Floor Store was a pleasant surprise. I don't expect island contractors to provide quick service and they provided a measurement same day, and completed installation of carpet on my stairs 3 days later! Price was comparable to any off-island carpet installer and Francisco was extremely professional, friendly and cautious regarding pandemic concerns. Highly recommend them to anyone on Vashon looking for flooring.
