Stayed here two nights mid-week with my two grandsons. In area for their great-grandfathers wake & funeral. (Thought the boys would enjoy camping fun activities while dealing with the emotions that go with losing a beloved grandpa) Did not live up to it’s web site advertising. Camp store / office not attended & doors locked (even though open sign was on display) so boys never were able to play mini-golf or rent the peddle carts. Game room change machine out of order with sign that said go to office for change. (Again..office locked & not attended) Only time we saw a camp ground staff person was when someone on a golf cart chased down my son & wife In their car to bark quite aggressively at them about the 5 mph speed limit...they were doing 7. Buildings in dire need of serous repair or updating. Bath/shower building not kept up at all. Even had signs posted stating it recommended campers take shower in their own camper as the showers are not sanitized. Full hook-up sites way too small. Lucky for us it was mid week so no neighbors. Otherwise pretty sure my awning would have been touching camper that would’ve parked next to us. Really...the sites are that skinny. Apparently fire rings can be placed anywhere on the site as a lot of burn circles dotting each site. (I can imagine the debates on a crowded weekend when one camper starts a fire under a neighbors slide out or window.) No dust control on campground drives. We were coated with dust every time one of the seasonal drove by. Only highlight for the boys & I was the swimming pond, dock and raft. Very nice setup there. We had a great time swimming and jumping off the raft. Playground was decent too. It appears owner don’t really care about maintenance, or general upkeep and appearance of grounds and store /office staffing. I would not recommend this camp and we won’t be back.

The staff was very nice and very kid friendly, one if the nights we were there our 3 year old rode around the campground in a make shift train that was pretty cool. The bathrooms were clean, a little dated, but not bad. The pond was ok for kids to swim in, but nothing overly pretty to look at or much sand to sit at. The back half of the campground was very spacious with trees, the front half was overly crowded and close together. During the week it was a nice quiet place, it seems like on the weekend it turns into a party though. Not quite my thing, but others might be looking for that. Also be aware that the sight boundaries aren't labeled. We set up on a Thursday and thought we had plenty of room, but ended up being on top of our neighbors who came in Friday night

Great place to take your kids for a relaxed camping trip. Nice beach area for the kids and lots of activities on the weekend. Good size lots.

Very disappointed. Our campsite was good, large in size. Our biggest complaint is the seasonal campers having no respect for those that are there for the weekend. They partied well past midnight on Friday and well past 3 am on Saturday. How is this acceptable? The bathrooms were ok, to be expected as they aren’t keeping them sanitized. monsterous sized potholes that were huge puddles (guess that’s how they can keep the speed limit down). Customer service at check in was awful. All around disappointment. Camped here as a teenager with my family and it was booming, but seems like it’s just gone down hill and nobody really cares to clean it back up. Maybe COVID-19 hit them hard, but we won’t be going back to find out.

More trailer park than campground. Campsites are way to close together. Good for an overnight or maybe a weekend.
