Residents are mistreated and administration is uneducated and incapable of fulfilling administrative duties. I still haven't been paid. Pay day was last Friday. After I asked multiple times if there was a mistake, Monday I had to call there to see what was going on...she said she put the check in the mail..knowing Christmas is not far away...I am SO UPSET I haven't even been able to Christmas shop for my 3 kids and if I do get paid in time Christmas..it will too late to shop online and everything is pretty much bought out at the stores. Fired me a day after I put my 2 weeks in for no good reason.

The manager is horrible and has no clue what she is doing . No communication with employee's ,refuses their calls and basically sits in the office and pretends to work . The place could be a great place for both residents and care staff if they had the right leader/managment on their team . A 23 year old should not be running a facility with no experience or education . Hopefully the new owners will make the change that is needed for this facility to run well !!
