Fabrizio and his merry band of guides and entrepreneurs are fantastic at taking very good care of their patrons. We found all the villages and villagers to be warm, friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful, fresh, plentiful and delicious. I would thoroughly enjoy taking this trip again. As Katia was fond of saying: "Andiamo!!"

Cultural, Culinary & Truffle Hunting Experience in Abruzzo - Oct 2019 Stunning scenery! Fabulous, friendly locals! Great cooking lessons and wine! Magnificent architecture! Gorgeous produce! Sexy and successful Suzi! Fabrizio is a true professional but a fun guy whose passion for this relatively untouched area made this trip extra special. An experience anyone interested in discovering another side Italy should take. I am already planning my return.
It is hard to fully explain what a wonderful holiday I had visiting Abruzzo and Puglia with this company. Fabrizio is a thoughtful ,friendly but highly professional guide. Everyone we met on our visits were warm and welcoming. We learned a lot about the area, it's history and wonderful authentic food and wine. The tour is full of interest but also relaxed and fun, including the cooking and wonderful tasting experiences. I look forward to traveling with Italia Sweet Italia again.
This tour was an AMAZING experience. I did the culture culinary and passata making tour (7 days). It was a fantastic holiday. We travelled all around Vasto and Surrounds, meeting the most friendly people. They were happy to welcome you into their homes and businesses. They shared their way of life with you. The food is the best you will ever taste. The scenery is magnificent and the history and heritage amazing.
The holiday that I had with Italia Sweet Italia was one of the best tours that I have been on to Italy. It was very well organised showing different aspects of Italian life outside the big cities and beach resorts accompanied by lots of tasty local food and wines. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday in Vasto.
The culinary tour I took with Italia Sweet Italia was the highlight of my trip to Italy last summer. Fabrizio works tirelessly to insure that his guests experience Abruzzo in a way that most tourists don’t. His family welcomed us as guests to their home. I would so recommend the culinary or any other tour Fabrizio offers.
One of the best trips of my life. Interesting regions of italy, beautiful scenery, great food, professional guides, not crowded as other destinations, thanks to Fabrizio and his team/family/friends for feeling at home. Going again hopefully in October.
In 2013 we spent a full day on a trabucco, hosted by Italia Sweet Italia. It remains one of our fondest memories from a ten week European trip. The experience, the setting, the food and the top-rate organization of our day cannot be matched. I give Fabrizio and Italia Sweet Italia my highest recommendation.
