I had an emergency with our Kitty and called all around to Vet‘s (even the ones about an hour away from my house)...no one was able to give us an appointment and was willing to check on our kitten emergency wise. I reached this vet office with the first call. Tammy took time to listen to me and our issue with our cat and did respond very lovely and we were able to come right away. They checked on our kitty and were able to perform the surgery that she needed in between. I am very appreciative and thankful for the friendly and fast help we got today. We were not even a known customer there. The kitten is doing better tonight and everything looks good and professional done. We got detailed instructions and had friendly conversations. Even Justin, the Vet itself, took the time to call us and explain in detail what was going on. I am a very satisfied and less stressed person tonight. I will go to this vet office in the future too with the kitten and our two dogs. Highly recommended...

My dog always seems happy to see any of the staff when they come to pick her up. Though maybe a little shy at first, they always make it as stress-free of a situation as possible for both of us. With the Covid times, the last visit was really great to have our vet outside and actually discuss face to face (or mask to mask) about the concerns with my pet, rather than doing everything over the phone. Thank you High Peaks for being so quick to help and so responsive!
