Vechnology is perhaps the pioneer when it comes to Vending Machines, managed locally. What I love most is how responsive they are, especially to queries, and how they are willing to help out with issues. I purchase 2 machines from them, and they have been highly satisfactory. The cloud system is amazing, in which I can track all my sales on the go. I’m a full time doctor, so being able to track sales with my handphone is extra convenient. What is best about the company are the staff. Hui Ping is amazing and dedicated, all the way to the very end. They do their best according to their capabilities. When my machine had an issue, Hui Ping did her best to get a technician to come, and that technician came within 2 days. Elvis, one of the other staff, is equally dedicated as Hui Ping, very quickly addresses any enquiries. When I had some issues with the video settings, Elvis promptly responded and get the technical team to handle my queries. They’re an amazing team, and this is perhaps the best place to purchase vending machines in Malaysia. It’s a well-deserved 5 star
