A great beginning to the forest ( las cumbres). Quick to reach from las palmas - 30 minutes and you are above the clouds.

Perfect place where you can sit, have barbecue and chill in the nature.
I drove 1 hour and it was closed (and in google map it indicates open) . What a great sense, all beaches are open in the island where people lay next to each other but picnic zones where people seats in 5 metres distances, closed .
Gran Canaria is a place of endless beauty, you have to visit every corner to really grasp its beauty.
Nice place for a picnic. And a view
