If you are looking for the BEST drapery cleaning service in Las Vegas, you have found the right company! I nearly destroyed one of our Hunter Douglas window shades with multiple stains caused by grease splatter. My wife was horrified. The stains were large and would not come out. We thought we were going to have to send the drapes back to Hunter Douglas for cleaning, or worse yet order a brand new unit.Then we found this company. They are amazing! With one call, the owners, Stephanie & Bob came right over to our house and did their magic. They are very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about how to remove every kind of stain. Since we had asked them to come over after hours, not all the spots could be seen at night. When we asked them to come back to address the newly found spots, they gladly returned the next day and used their specialized extraction machine, which removed all the remaining stains to our total and absolute satisfaction. I am out of the dog house thanks to Stephanie & Bob. Without hesitation, we recommend Vegas On-Site Drapery, Fabric, and Curtain Cleaning to anyone - they are the best!

Stephanie and her husband came out and took down our 5 big luminettes, took them away with them and cleaned them perfectly. They also cleaned our 15 silhouettes and we were amazed. None of them had been cleaned for the past 12 years because we couldn't find anyone reliable to do the job. I have to say that we are so very, very pleased with the job Vegas On-Site did. The window coverings look brand new and they are 16 years old. What a gem of a company. They came out promptly, returned everything within 3 days, paid lots of attention to detail and were extremely pleasant to work with. Below are a few photos of our coverings. You would never, ever believe that these covering were 16 years old. I highly, highly recommend them .
I recently had my drapes & blinds cleaned by this company and the results were excellent. They also repaired 2 small seams that were ripped & the drape on a west facing window was very dirty and they cleaned it twice at no extra charge. They notice that one of the cords was frayed & it was replace as well. Their service was professionally done & was done well under the times quoted. I definitely recommend this company will call on them the next time the drapes need to be repaired/cleaned.
I was referred by a customer and Hunter Douglas. I called twice and they never called me back. If you are to busy to accept my business at least have the courtesy to call and tell me instead of disregarding my calls.
