Long queue most of the times. Sometimes all the way to the road. 1-2 hours just for passing a car? (not to mention the time to reach here from wherever you are in Dubai with a company car). No other option but to come here. Company cars of Dubai can be passed only from here. Don’t know why RTA Dubai authorized only this place and only one place in Dubai for passing company cars. They are not capable of handling the large amount of customers within reasonable amount of time. Before Cars (now AG CARS) were passing company cars and the service and was very good.

Its my new favorite place for car registration, I booked an online appointment from the website and renew my car in no time.
Very sad place. No clarity for anything Firstly, they asked me to pay at a different counter. Then I was asked to go and update my email id and phone number on different counter. They were very rude to other customers. Finally the car was failed as they saw old oil stain which was not even wet..... They asked me to fix the car at same place when there was nothing wrong with it. Seriously bad experience. I'll never go back again.
My new favorite place for car services and registration. Especially Mr. Nabel from Marketing department he's very helpful and very accomodating. A big thanks to you sir.

For passing the vehicle which is registered under company name are required to pass vehicle here I tought it will be slow and time consuming but thy have so many counter and job done in less than 15 minutes and thy have covid portal and less intration with customers and there only one time we need to go cashier to pay 170 Aed . And we will receive
I can't stree more on thinking how much worse a customer service could be at a RTA AUTHORISED VEHICLE passing center. The guy at result counter had no manner of taking to customer's. With the minimum capacity of literate people.
