The HIGH rating is for PAUL VELLA, because he helped me. The NEGATIVE feedback is for Andrew vella who seems to like to just sit there and not so much. Not sure why this is, as I did read reviews about him doing as such, but didn't believe it until someone I knew needed help and he just didn't seem very helpful in the slightest.
