Good collection, sales team attended well as well. But the management (relative of owner) is very rude. We came a little late but shop was open and we did finalize stuff but lights were switched off by the person who was sitting at the front (relative of owner) before we could wind up. If someone is going to buy goods for sure and showing interest, this is not the right way to treat. Whenever we asked him queries, he just answered without interest. Maybe since he is not owner, he might have behaved in this manner. But this just shows disrespect to customers. We made up our mind to go to other shops and buy. After all, it is not the only shop right :). Finally, they don't answer the mobile only.
I have purchased Tiles, Granites and Sanitaryware stuffs from this Shop. Good Quality and price is also very competitive and reasonable. Customer service is very good. I am happy to recommed this shop anyone who demand best quality.
It's a biggest shop in vellore city for tiles, stones, and cp fittings. Branded product's only available. They are not selling non branded product's. Good response, customer service, door delivery also available here.
I bought more then 2 lakhs product from Geetha Homec decors. if u are return the excess tiles they talk rude also Bill correction they said not paid Gst cost back to customer incase of return after 15 days from bill sometime the hide and paid return without gst to customer if you are not asking.
