Dear Dr. Ravichandran, hope you are doing good.. the reputation of the hospital will be spoiled due to very rude handling of the nurse.. I had visited the hospital last week and she didn't book my appointment and not even she informed to doctor about my condition.. I informed her that I am a very old patient and used to take treatment with sir & madam. She herself telling lot of stories and asked me to go away immediately from there. Patient come with lot of pain and the nurse should be trained with courteous. I'm sorry I don't notice her name..in the evening on 06th Nov.. I have lots of hope in your treatment.. please ask them to listen to the patient and do not judge people by the way we look. At least she should have checked with doctor before regretting the patient.. I want to bring this to your notice and I am not allowed to meet you. Warm regards. Shashi..

They are taken high consultation fees compare to other hospital. Working nurse was handling the patient's in very bad way. Male doctor are not explaining the problem and criticality about the patient disease.... he is explain using only by medical terms...how normal people are understanding the issues.
