Any time phone pick up and good co operation
like
I had mixed experiences, following: Good part: I had a nice AC Nissan vehicle to travel from Vellore to Chennai Airport. Not so good: 1. The owner Balamurgan said that he will meet at the ship, but he never turned up even after a few phone calls. 2. Then he said on the phone that an allocated driver will meet yoy, give his mobile and car details in the evening before I depart early morning (3:30 am). 3. Suddenly at night 1:45 am some other driver wakes me up and says that he will com on time. He came only after a reminder call. 4. Even after guvigi some advance payment, the driver stopped at the first Fuel station and asked for money for fuel. Imagine, what can I do at morning 3:30 am. I had to give money and hopped that he will take me to the right place. 5. At Chennai airport, even after telling him to drop me at the international terminal, he dropped me at domestic terminal and Meade me walk. In brief, not at all professional. Needs to improve. M. L.
