We hired your service to do the deep cleaning at Blue dine resturant at vellore. Your person visited the site and gave us one rate after we clearly explained the scope of work. We felt it's professional service and hired your team to get it done. He promised to commence from next day morning and promised to complete in one day Next day only two boys turned up after half day and most of the time they were on their mobile and did very horrible job on first day..they commited next day they will put more people and do it. Same story next day after several follow ups. It's been 3rd day still work is not done properly. For the work they had done even the house maid could do it better. Apart from that, your team is asking exponentially high price on 3rd day from the price which was told after verifying site on first day. If your team must have said this was the actual price we must have not hired you at all. And such a rude behaviour from your supervisor. Don't even know how to speak to the customer. Also damaged few items with the acid too. Given price after site visit from your team is 6500. Now asking for 16000. Totally not acceptable. It's your mistake if you have not given the rate properly. Scope of work was explained upfront clearly. Overall, I am sorry to say, this is the most unethical and unprofessional behaviour. I must have get this job done from my house maids itself. Whoever the owner/head/senior person is, I recommend you to look into this immediately and understand the Customer perspective too and complete what was promised from your team with the promised rate. By failing so, we will definitely be taking this to consumer court for our loss and false promises made by your team. I beleive at least tomorrow someone could take responsibility and act professionally. Regards.
