I was having some issues with my commuter and Duncan quickly diagnosed & swapped out the worn parts at a very reasonable price to get it back on the road. Got my bike back last week & it feels better than it did when new! Fantastic service & I will definitely be using Velocity for servicing from now on

Nice place for cyclists for bike repair and maintenance services. Staff are a friendly and nice coffee shop as well to enjoy your coffee. Highly recommended.

Amazing workshop service and a great cafe! I must state that I concur with the general opinion that the cafe is great. They offer a tasty range of vegetarian dishes, lovely cakes and coffees. However, even more impressive than the cafe is the workshop. Dan and Duncan are great mechanics and are both very friendly and approachable, with a wealth of knowledge and experience between them. Often, the best examples of service quality are the response when things don't go so well. This was the case with my recent experience here. Having bought a good value rear wheel for my adventure bike from the workshop, I found a little play in it after installing it on my bike. From here, I gave it to Dan to assess. He found that the bearings hadn't been pressed into the hub properly and swiftly ordered and installed new bearings completely free of charge! This is great on two levels, firstly that he moved quickly to resolve an issue with fantastic customer focus. The second is even more impressive due to the fact he sorted a manufacturing issue which was no fault of his without charge. This is frankly unbeatable service, which you would struggle to get elsewhere. I would highly recommend their workshop services to anyone. Get yourself along with your wheels! You won't regret it!
