We were referred to this cozy little restaurant by a local and so happy we came. This place seems popular among the locals. Our referral source suggested that we let Sergio order for us, and we did. Sergio and Marco served us and our meal was delicious and memorable. Had a great time and will return the next time we are in Venice.

Really well looked after with the freshest fish and no tourist prices. Lovely atmosphere.

I came here looking for one thing: basic pasta with tomato sauce. This place delivered! I checked out the better-reviewed place down the street, but all of their dishes were seafood -heavy. This spot hit the mark (penne bolognese). The waiter was very funny, an animated fellow with a strong voice. This is also a good place to people-watch - I saw a late-night Friday Catholic procession of some kind at the church across the street while I ate here.

Be aware! You need to be \highly educated\ to eat in this restaurant. The owner serves only to people with masters degree:) If you wont to feel good while having dinner do not go there! There are loads of other places offering the same food.
