Unfriendly staff, rushing to close shop, refused to properly assist us with our queries. We simply wanted to find out where to wait for bus no. 1. In the end, we waited at the bus stop labelled 1 for an hour without any avail. Turned out the bus stop was mislabelled! Bus no. 1 stopped at a bus stop that was not labelled as no. 1.
Super rude n stupid staffs work here, Im not sure they r racist But DEFINATELY CAN SAY RUDE. I went there bcs My friend lost his ticket, So It means we know about the price n standard of the ticket. We supposted to buy rolling venice ticket btw he keep saying other things N throw away my friends card, After I said I bought rolling venice in this morning n I paid 22 we can buy the ticket. How shame venice, How u can pretend like this? How they can work like this? Ive never experience like this in my whole life. Please, Dont ruin other’s memories.
Do not take this crappy vaperetto. It was a horrible experience and made to rip off tourists. Had to pay a fricken 60 euro per person fine. The seats weren't comfortable and we regretted this entire vaperetto experience. Targetted tourists who didn't know the rules. Literally dashed right for the tourists so they could commit higheay robbery. Even if you show the receipt of your ticket they will say, \You didn't stamp your ticket pay the fine or get arrested.\ Just don't take the vaperetto or you will regret it.
