Came here for lunch one day per the suggestion of our hotel receptionist. My husband got the daily fish special and it was phenomenal. I got the sliced beef with pink pepper sauce and it was just OK. The pumpkin flan appetizer was quite good, but not the best pumpkin flan I had in town. All in all it was a pleasant lunch, but for the price I would go somewhere else next time.

One of my favorite places in the city, my go-to for special occasions with locals and when I have guests in town. If you are a wine enthusiast make sure to have Paolo suggest wines for you, he has many alla mescita open daily so you can sample different glasses instead of just choosing a single bottle.

We enjoyed a great risotto, lamb, and fish special. Service and ambience were good. We thought prices were a tad high though.

Tasty food but nothing special. The fish was beautifully cooked but served with a tasteless slab of polenta. Prices high but the quality was only good. Great service and lovely ambiance. 2 starter, 2 mains, a bottle of wine and 2 deserts. Total : 120
