Tried to call this morning but got a voicemail and when i tried to leave a message the voicemail box was full. Little worried about future correspondence if the mailbox is full.
Not great customer service. Had minimal information to offer us regarding services, pricing etc.
Went in for a CAD and 3D model for my prototype design and got exactly what I asked for and improvements. Nathan was extremely patient with me discussing a lot of the terminology and intricacy of the 3d world. One of the key attributes of Kapow! 3D is that they are very attentive and perceptive in getting exactly what you wanted, listening to any major or minor adjustments I needed. Nathan made sure I was 100% satisfied with the design before moving forward. In regards to pricing I could not receive a better offer anywhere else in LA for what my design required. The entire experience was a 11/10 and will definitely be my go to 3D printing/modeling company from now on.
