Very clean , quick and painless experience. Many thanks. But , I would like to add that we were not given a Beneficiary ID No. , which I am told is essential for us to be able to get the official Covid Vaccination Certificate. In future , one might need the Certificate in order to travel , etc . I suggest this is remedied .

Firstly its a busy hospital and too congested. Risky for one to enter during the pandemic. There were 3 staff at the reception. While one of the staff was generating my bill, i noticed that the other receptionist answered all the calls that got to her (appreciated). I was there for my food handling test, which required a blood test and an Xray. I was told to go on the first floor for the blood test. The lady on the reception at that floor requested me to wait and there would be someone who would address me to eject my blood. I sat on the chair right opposite the room for around 40minutes. While all the staff were busy preparing coffee and in gossips. Not even one of the staff bothered to ask me even once, "what was i here for or whom am i waiting for". The person to eject my blood was in the lab (just next to the blood ejection room) Nor was even he aware that I was waiting for my test to be done. The Reception on that floor did not even bother to inform him that he has a patient to attend. That really was a WOW moment for me. Eventually it took me more than an hour to get just one blood test and one XRay. Also i received two cash bills on my payment. One was taken by the blood test department and one by the Xray department. Eventually I left the hospital with even a bill of my payment.

Do you want to be healed or become a victim of medical negligence? Greedy Dr Thillaivallal will fleece you by his sweet talk. He is a cardiologist so will recommend all for an angio. And make advises on internal medicine. Beware and save your life and money. Sad state of affairs. Karma will hit all unethical. Now they demand that every patient praises them on Google. Master crooks.

Excellent treatment and care provided to my mother G. Renganayaki, 88 yrs admitted for Covid 19 and got discharged today successfully after 12 days. Would like to mention our special thanks to Dr. Thillai Vallal Sir who has given us comfort and strong confidence throughout the treatment duration. Dr. Gnanavel, Dr. Rahul and Dr. Selvarani were so nice and reachable, providing us right feedback on patient health status and make us feel comfortable. Would like to appreciate Mr. Bala's help and support from Admin for ensuring smooth experience in admission, discharge process and any other clarifications on the billing etc. Overall great services extended by everyone in the hospital who were involved in my mother treatment and thanks for the nice experience.

Dr Shanti Sanjay is the only reason for my smooth twin pregnancy. She took care of every small detail through my pregnancy and until the end was very keen on and ensured a normal delivery. If you are looking for a gynecologist do not think twice. Words are not enough to describe my experience with her. Coming to the hospital, it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are well equipped, staff are friendly and well trained. Dr Shantis team of nurses are friendly and empathetic to patients. Overall, they made my pregnancy journey extremely memorable.

Actually it was a very pleasing experience! All the people who had come for vaccination were senior citizens and they were guided properly with care minimising any streets to them. The whole process was quite quick and orderly. The vaccination itself was done fast and painlessly. In short it was efficient , helpful , orderly and painless too.
