It's a home away from home. Excellent medical care and services provided by all the hospital staff. Kudos to the management for building a world class hospitality. Hospital is very neat and clean , nursing staff is also very good. You will not feel like that you are in the hospital.

Not worth the hype....no physical examination just focus on unnecessary tests....no patient confidentiality..... Egoistic and rude doctors without any experience...very bad experience at urologist department..... radiologist was good though...and 1-2 nurses otherwise doctor don't have any empathy nor any experience.... despite being specialist in the field main emphasis are on unnecessary tests...won't recommend even in emergency.....small clinics are far better than this hospital

We have got excellent services from the staff during our medical related visits and stay over here. There are many good things we have experience with them.Few of them are the hygienic and room services we have received during this difficult time of Corona.Apart from this ,The doctors are highly qualified and nurses are well trained and knowledgeable.

My second son was born in this hospital...very professional staff and experienced doctor...during Corona days followed the right practices... Follow up OPD process is abit hectic though need to follow multiple queue..one for doctor prescription..and then doctor suggests something..so go again to queue for payment.. definitely scope of improvement there.

This is one of the biggest hospital in Dwarka. The system is nice as their staff is courageous to ask any query and they do give you a lot of time to answer your questions. They have all the facilities for all the ailments. They have all the modern machinery for all the necessity tests. This is one of the crowded hospital in west Delhi. This is also a designated Covid hospital. With all the bed information. Overall a good hospital. But I will suggest them to not force people to go for unnecessary tests. This is also a hospital under CGHS.
