The campsite itself is quite nice with many trees giving shadows and clean bathrooms. However, it is way too expensive! We were 3 people staying 1 night (August) in a tiny tent and paid 43... Even though you already pay a lot, you must pay extra for hot water (hot and cold showers are in separate areas; the showers that provide hot water do not provide cold water at all, so if your time is out - no information how much time you get - there won’t be ANY water coming and you have to go outside and put more money or change the bathroom) and electricity (it’s not possible to charge your phone here). In the cafeteria, except coffee, there is nothing to buy for breakfast. The nice bakery/cafe is pretty close (just before the bridge), so better go directly there. Although the camping is too pricey, Ventimiglia is such a beautiful, lovely place that it is anyway worth to stay here!

I am a long distant cycle traveller that hardly ever go to campsites. I bit expensive for what it is. Surrounded by a busy road and train lines, the camping is far from being peaceful. Showers costs 0,5 for mins. I needed a table and a chair to use my laptop. I asked if I could use a table of the closed bar and the answer was a no. There were around 30 unused tables... In the end I was offered a table of a empty bungalow but without a chair.

Read some old reviews. Some things have changed, some didn't. Camping is nog cheap. Nog expensive. There is toilet paper for free Hot water is still 0,50 and VERY short for shower and very long for dishes. It's clean. Looks like they renovated the toilets recently. Still very good English at the reception Gate closes in the evening, you get a key for walking in and out. Nice and safe. It's still pretty loud from the road and I also heard the donkey. Bring your earplugs. They didn't keep my passport. They made a copy. Free Wi-Fi! It's a good camping for going through. Lots of campers and backpackers. The old city of Ventimiglia is very nice to walk to. Beach is OK.

Expensive, loud. You pay extra to charge your phone and extra for few minutes of hot water. There's no toilet paper at the toilets. Loud train and donkeys just behind your tent. It's not worh it. The staff speaks English and is helpful though, unfortunately without a smile.

A bad horrible camping! Stay there for 2 nights in July. The imported thing is make money and not hospitality! The gate closed at 11 o clock after it your car must parked out of the camping. Bad toilets, old, little places, like animal hutch, not friendly staff. A lot of noise from train including long sound horn in the early morning. Alright the WiFi was reasonable, also it was al reasonable clean. Better find a other camping! I will never come back!

We spent one night here with car and bigger tent 4x2m. Personal was very helpfull and speaking English very well. There are some things you can consider if you will stay here: Camp is situated beside noisy street and railroad. Charging phones is prohibited in lavatory. They will keep passport from all travellers like in hotel until you leave camp. They said that this is because people forgoting to return keys from gate. There is no toilet paper present, but you can buy this for 0.2 EUR. Toilets are very clean and comfortable. Showers are closed from 11p.m. to 7a.m. Places for tents has nice grass, but you have to park car far away. Place for caravan is very hard if you would like to build tent there.
