Having purchased a new sailing yacht directly from a European manufacturer and having it delivered in a condition that was unfit to be accepted as a new yacht, we needed a very experienced and highly respected Yacht Surveyor to assist us with your case with the manufacturer. In our search with fellow sailors and yacht club members Jim Prichard's was quickly at the top of the list. During the first phone conversation we could quickly tell Jim was all business, and the fact that he was also an engineer , boat builder and sailor convinced us to select him for our Yacht Surveyor. The resulting inspection and report exceeded all of our expectations, and he has impressed all those that are now assisting us with our case. He is very experienced, industry smart, and incredibly professional. If we could give Jim a 10 we would do so.
