Amazing spot to have amazing seafood with an Asian twist. We totally enjoyed the tempura prawns, seared scallops and seafood platter. Wine selection was amazing. Works so well with the meal. Well done !! Love the atmosphere and layout of the restaurant and the staff is super polite and helpful :-) We will definitely back for more !!! Wish this was closer to London lol

We booked at the Smoking Lobster for our visit to the I.O.W. You need to book, as this place is fantastic. The swordfish was excellently cooked as was the tuna the other half had. The staff were excellent. We didn't have a cocktail but apparently they are very good. Staff excellent. Will return when next in Ventnor. Thank you all at the Smoking Lobster for a fantastic evening.

Had a stunning lunch here (September '20) . Excellent food - perfectly cooked seafood with interesting flavours. Great value for the quality. Really lovely staff who could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Just perfect in every respect. They have removed some tables inside to provide extra space and added more outside ones. Do book in advance if you can as it is very popular.

Unbelievable food of the highest quality. Perfect service. Such a varied menu and something different which I will always go back to. Make sure you book and do not miss out when coming to Ventnor. You pay for the quality here and it was worth every penny. Thank you Smoking Lobster team!

What a delight. Delicious seafood with an Asian inspired menu - definitely not what I expected from Ventnor! I would suggest booking in the summer as there is no doubt this is a legendary Island favourite.
