Walked in and ordered tonight. Wait time was reasonable and the food was hot and tasty. Good Chinese would use again.

Order placed at 5.25 .. turns up hour and half later just warm.. only just .. !! Driver blames slow chef .. we call back un happy about the temperature and delivery time.. rude lady over phone hangs up on us .. Despicable service and food wasnt nice either (cold by the time its plated up)

Awful customer services. Order food turns up 1hr and half later cold and spilt all in bag to be told tuff. 30 wasted on inedible food. Don't bother would be quicker and better to go to ANY other Chinese....

Its not often i give 4.5 stars to a chinese takeaway unless i go to London's west end chinatown but i did yesterday to the chinese takeaway in church street Ventnor as it was pretty dam good Tonight i tried The Mandarin ,Friendly staff , picked up 15 minutes of ordering it im not being rude but the food was edible but nothing else ,it filled the gap and it was no cheaper then New china house . don't be put off with the dirty windows or the scruffy paintwork or even the the revues. try Mandarin for yourself .its OK but i wont be using them again .
