Great people with a lot of knowledge started this and the monentum has been kept rolling. Friendly staff and took time to explain a few things to us. Very well worth the 2 entry fee.

A hive of interesting information with a working scale model of the old Ventnor railway. Run completely by a dedicated team of knowledgeable volunteers. Well worth a visit!

We really enjoyed this. Some great enlarged old photos and lots of interesting nuggets of info on a range of different aspects of Ventnor's history. It has an old-fashioned, home-made feel to it - including a wooden till you are allowed to have a go on - which won't be everyone's taste but we really appreciated and it's only 2 to get in.
