Mushroom starter is LOVELY. Friendly staff. We have been here 3 times this week and the food is constantly good. Great pub to have on your door step.

I would highly recommend The White Horse to everyone. The staff are so helpful & attentive. The food is amazing for the price too.
Could not fault this pub for both the excellent food, huge portion sizes and the friendliness of the staff. We ate here twice during our 5 day stay on the island, ok it was our nearest pub to walk to but we had no complaints. There was a good selection on the ‘specials’ board each time we went. Staff not wearing face coverings but then they don’t have to. Otherwise all COVID conditions being met. Would highly recommend.
Dog friendly pub with good service and great food. Reasonably priced, good portions on your plate and tasty. I was really pleased with the lamb shank and would recommend this place to everyone who likes their food. There was a good selection on the menu for vegetarians too.
Went there today for lunch for the first time and wasn't disappointed, my wife had Ploughman's Ham & Cheese and I had the Mixed Cheese Ploughman's and we weren't disappointed great value for money, the barman serving us was pleasant a great experience altogether, will be going back again. Will be recommending The White Horse to our family and friends .
