Well appointed single story holiday home with modern decor. South facing with big windows and sea views over the roofs of neighbouring houses. Living room has quadruple folding doors opening onto nice decking area which is raised above small Derek Jarman style garden. Off road parking is difficult to get in and out of and provides room for only one small car. Unsuitable for disabled since house is only accessible via flight of steps from parking area.
