I called about getting ostrich plumes custom dyed twice and both times I spoke to very nice ladies that were very accommodating, answered all of my questions, and have my order history from 2 years back which is convenient for my poor memory. I was worried about them being shipped since I’m on the other side of the country, but the packaging was well done and secure so the large feathers were not damaged by their long trip. The feathers I had custom dyed were even more beautiful than the pre dyed ones. Very happy with this company and will continue to order from them.

I was unhappy with the bulk order of barred wild turkey round feathers that I received. There were several small feathers, some under 10 inches and only 1.5 inches wide and not enough large feathers to use for what I was making. When I notified the company about my concern, they graciously offered to have the feathers returned and waive the restocking fee. Thanks for the great customer service.

I've' ordered from Moonlight a couple of times now and am very happy with the service. I think some of the unfortunate reviews are a result of 'off' days....it happens to all businesses once in a while. Ordering from Canada to the U.S. can often be a huge headache....but Moonlight's tracking to my door was fantastic. I like the selection and I feel the pricing is very fair. Moonlight is my 'go to' for feathers for my couture business.

Offered to sell them over 4000 worth of exotic parrot feathers at a large wholesale price only to be ignored after the first email exchange. When I finally got ahold of them over a week later, I was excited to tell them I had another 60some hyacinth feathers to add to the 600 feathers I already had but before I could, they dismissively told me they weren't interested. I was more than willing to negotiate for the whole lot but they didn't even let me get to that part. For a company that sells a whole bunch of rare feathers, you would think they'd be interested in a whole bunch of rare feathers but then again, who says you need business acumen to own a business?

Ordered red and black feathers (about 20 dollar value). Never received package. Marked delivered, but never had anything in my mailbox. Sent several emails. Only received one response saying to check with post office. After that Moonlight never replied. Called the business and was told there was nothing to do, basically take the loss. Terrible customer service. For the amount of the purchase most businesses are willing to work something out. Wouldn't order from here again.

Unbelievable! Just TRY to contact them by email. I tried after talking to them on the phone' I was told to email pictures. Their server rejected toe emails for 4 days! I have never even heard of an email being rejected. But to conduct business that way is unconceivable. They finally answered and said they would be out of the office for 5 days. REALLY???????? I am still waiting for an answer it's been a week. What would you do? I am semi-satisfied with the quality and really speedy shipping. But the colors are very different on he same color if ordered at a different time. The differences are much more than a different dye lot.

I ordered 18 bags of 50 ostrich feathers and only recieved 9 bags of 50 count. The biggest concern is each bag had two different bar codes and an invoice saying it was complete. Where is the other half of the order? When we got a hold of the seller they said it was by weight and not count, even though they clearly advertise by count. Then they proceeded to call us a liar about what we had recieved. Awful predatory business practices, fraudsters, avoid at all costs. Edit: yes they did send some additional. But, we only recieved 9 bags at 50 count with two packing stickers on each. No we did not misplace anything, yes this business is shady. Still stand by that they should be avoided at all costs.
